For the first time, women officers took charge at the command centre of Dubai Police. After a six-month-long training, the women officers took charge at the Command and Control Centre of the Dubai Police General Command.
The first women officers at the Command and Control Centre were Lieutenant Mira Mohammad Madani, Lieutenant Samar Abdulaziz Jassou, Lieutenant Kholoud Ahmad Al Abdullah and Lieutenant Bakita Khalifa Al Ghafli. They entered the task after completing their studies and completing several field assessments and other training programmes.
They also received training in communication from the emergency response department, guidance and control division. Major General Dr. Mohamed Nasser Al Rasookhi said, “Dubai Police is proud to have received a talented cadre.
